Over the years I’ve helped many friends who have lost a loved one. Sending flowers, calling, taking food to the house, etc … It never seemed to be enough.
One of the most important things is that we remain constantly present through the tough times. I found this Buddhist Proverb “The body heals with play the mine heals with laughter and the spirit heals with joy.”
